Eula is the home team * The girls have a HUGE Bi-District Game against a top ten team Tuesday that knocked them out last year. We need to pack McMurry with Lady Pirate Fans Tuesday night! With a win, they would play in the Area Round on Thursday or Friday. ** The boys have clinched the #1 Seed in Division 1, and will Play Roby in Bi-District on Monday, February 17th. Congratulations to our "Maroon Mongooses", Eula ISD's 24-25 Destination Imagination team!! Not only did they place 6th overall today for their Scientific Challenge in Waxahachie, they were also awarded the "Da Vinci Award". The Da Vinci award is given for a unique approach to a solution; risk taking; outstanding creativity. Way to go Pirates and coaches, Mrs. Farmer & Mrs. Sparks! When we went to Baird to play basketball on January 21, there was a fundraiser to benefit the son of the Pastor at Baird FBC. His son had lost his home in the Los Angeles Wildfires. He sent the following note in appreciation. Eula ISD, I am amazed at the tremendous blessing we received from the Eula Community. Thank you for your participation in the fundraiser for my family. SCHEDULE CHANGE: Strawn just informed us that they will not have a JV boys team tonight due to sickness. That game was to be at 5pm following JV Girls. We will now bump the start of the JV Girls game to 5:00PM, followed by the Varsity Games. We tried to fill the JV boys game but were not able to. There will be no game at 4:00PM. #thisiseula

Eula FCA raised almost $900 at the Junior High Basketball game last night to help fill up the Eula Methodist Food Pantry that serves many families in our community. Thank you so much to all of those Eula Pirate, X-Dot Academy, and Strawn fans that donated! #thisiseula

Dear families, We are always working to improve and simplify communication between you and Eula ISD! Keeping up with your child’s coursework and their teachers directly impacts their well being both in the classroom and at home. School communication plays a big part in all of this, but it’s often not set up to be as simple and easy to access as it could be. That’s what we’re working to solve. We’re adding a new feature called Rooms to our district app. Rooms enables you to have two-way parent-teacher conversations and keep up with classroom announcements. Our district app currently offers: -Live feed updates -District and school news -Upcoming events -Breakfast and lunch menus -Push notifications for important and urgent announcements With Rooms, you’ll have access to even more exciting features like: -Two way messaging with teachers, staff, and coaches -Classroom announcements, reminders about coursework, and materials -Behavior tracking for celebrating good behavior and academic achievements Automatic translation So what does all of this mean for you? This means that you don’t need another app or tool to keep up with your child’s teachers and coursework. You’ll be able to find the vast majority of school and district information in one place: within our Eula ISD app. If you don’t already have it, the district app is free and you can search for it in the Play Store and App Store! On February 3rd you'll receive an invite to Rooms by email or text. Once you receive the invite, you'll follow the link on your browser to create a login. In case your contact information has changed, we are also going to send paper invites with your child’s fourth six weeks report card next month. After you’ve created your login, you can access Rooms through the Eula app. Just touch Rooms to get started. If you have multiple children attending our district, you’ll see them both listed in the menu section of Rooms. We hope this offers you a richer, simpler—and ultimately—easier communication experience. You can read more about Rooms on our district’s support page.
