2020 Graduation Instructions Location: Town and Country Drive-in 2902 Vogel St, Abilene, TX Time: 8:30, Gates open: 7:30 -Please arrive at the drive-in by 8:15. -Vehicles should park with the windshield facing towards the screen -Remain inside your vehicle at all times. -Make sure that your lights are off. -There will be no reserved parking spots. -Please save the first couple of rows for parents of graduates. -Larger vehicles should park towards the back. -Limited Restroom available. (emergency use) -Households are encouraged to ride together in as few vehicles as possible. There will be a program posted to the Eula ISD App prior to Graduation.

We are awaiting further direction from UIL. Eula ISD will release plans for Summer Strength/Conditioning and other opportunities for our student athletes as soon as we have guidelines. #PiratePride

Attention High School and Junior High students and parents. We will be here from 5-7 for turn-in/clean out.

High School and Junior High turn-in/clean out going on now. Seniors we will have a meeting at 1:30.

If you were unable to pick up your child’s classroom supplies and drop of a device, library book, or band instrument the MS Gym Activity Room will be open from 9-12 tomorrow (Tuesday, May 19th) for come and go pickup. If you need a later time please call the office.

SENIORS!!! We need you to come and turn-in all of your school issued equipment and clean out all of your things from the building. Your time is Tuesday, May 19 @ 12:30. We will have a class meeting at 1:30. At that meeting we will discuss plans for graduation. I know that the end of this year did not turn out the way anyone could have predicted, and that you have missed many things. On a positive note, you will be remembered as a class that had a senior year like no other. I hope that you understand how much everyone up here at school cares about you, and we hope that the graduation we have planned is something you will remember forever. I know that I will. The cafeteria will be distributing meals today from 11:00 to 1:00 at the elementary drop off. This will be the last distribution of the school year. PS: remember to tell the cafeteria staff thank you today for all their hard work!

Kindergarten Graduation will be tonight starting at 6:15 with Mrs. Flatt’s class, followed by Roberson’s at 6:50 and Sims at 7:30. The yard sign will be up all day if you would like to take pictures beforehand your scheduled time at graduation.

Remember the Elementary will be doing a doing a supplies pick up (materials, medicine, etc.) and drop off (devices, library books, band instruments, etc) today in the MS Gym Activity Center. See attached times and remember we will be practicing social distancing and recommend protocols. Please call the office if you need an alternative time. Kindergarten will be having a drive through graduation on the evening of May 18th. See the below letter for information and instructions about the celebration of their accomplishments.

Please remember to bring your band instrument, any borrowed equipment including music stands, and beginner books to the band hall during your allotted turn in times. Mr. Hooper will meet you in the band hall to turn in these items. If you need to turn in equipment outside of your allotted time slot, let the school know so we can make arrangements. Band trip refunds will be issued during this time as well.
